about me

I have a varied background and love change, new adventures and challenges.  I became a hair stylist at 18, put myself through college while working full time and received a BBA in Entrepreneurship. Then, I opened a full service salon that I owned and operated for 5 years.

After having our 2nd child and knowing I wanted more children, I sold my business.  For 18 years I was home with our 4 children, doing all things child, home, school & sports related.  I also volunteered consistently in our schools, church and community, including creating websites and managing large fundraising projects.

     

In 2018, I went back to work in the industry I loved, working part-time as a salon receptionist.  A year later, I was a full-time manager in a very busy,  26 stylist, commission salon. 

     

In 2020, like so many people, I wanted change.  During my years of raising children and volunteering, I discovered a love for creating websites.  I found online courses that taught me valuable technical skills to create a new career path.

     

Today, I combine years of experience with small businesses and non-profits with my technical skills. I'm  passionate about  helping small businesses and organizations develop their brand, marketing, online presence and ultimately grow their businesses and give their organization more exposure.
